Just a quick post to say I'm still around and still running. Or back to running, actually.
I started P90X a couple of weeks ago. I'm on week 3. I'm doing the classic program, and also running 3 times per week. I guess that's actually the doubles program. So that's what I'm up to for the next 10 weeks or so.
Beyond that, I'm planning to run 1-3 half's this fall. I'm hoping to PR my half this year. That's my current goal for 2012. I'm also planning to run a second marathon some time around Feb-Apr 2013.
That's about it for now. Things are busy, but I'm hoping to get back to blogging on a more regular basis.
